The News

Freon in your air conditioning equipment never wears out. If you need more Freon added to your system, then you have a leak that requires repair. The EPA now requires that leaks be repaired to prevent future leakage of ozone damaging chemicals.
Proper Humidity is important for the personal comfort of your employees and clients but also has a direct effect on your building's air quality. This chart shows that the optimum Relative Humidity Range should be between 45% and 55%. Note, however, that in colder weather this range may cause ice to form on indoor windows. If this occurs, you should lower the humidity setting to prevent water damage to windows and walls - damage that could lead to later mold problems.
